How We Got Started

I've spent my career at the intersection of business strategy and communication, with deep expertise in technology transformation, organizational change, and high-stakes corporate initiatives. From leading change communications for enterprise-wide technology rollouts to developing national restructuring communication strategies, I bring clarity to complexity at the moments that matter most.

Having worked across public relations agencies, corporate marketing teams, global brands, and media, I understand the challenges internal teams face: roadblocks, competing priorities, stretched bandwidth, and siloed teams. These challenges intensify during technology implementations and organizational change, which is exactly why strategic communication matters most in those moments.

I'm not a change management practitioner. I don't build ADKAR models or run change impact assessments. What I do is partner with the teams who do that work, your OCM function, your implementation partner, your HR and technology leaders, and translate their strategy into communications your workforce understands, trusts, and acts on.

That experience led me to launch Confluent Strategic Communications in 2021. Just as a confluence is where powerful currents come together, Confluent is where business strategy, communication expertise, and execution converge to move organizations forward. I partner with clients to assess the need, develop the strategy, and execute integrated communication plans that drive results, bringing focus and momentum when the stakes are highest.
